Is a leading manufacturer/supplier of artisan breads to a wide range of customers in retail and food service. The company is successful and forward looking with an expanding, continuously developing product range, reflecting the business objectives and the dynamic nature of the market.


This is a position working on the backshift (2pm-10pm), reporting to the Quality Supervisor. Key activities within the role are:-

  • Ensure that all results are clearly communicated to the shift manager/team leader/QC and work closely with them when testing product
  • Ensure finished products meets specification
  • Positive release the products on the system
  • Carry out preparation, measurement and bake off products for the internal
  • testing panel
  • Ensure that all relevant quality standard are clearly understood


You need to be willing to learn, reliable and a good team player. You will also need to be flexible to work a rotating shift pattern.

In addition you will have:-

  • Knowledge of Food Science
  • First rate communications skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Organised and accurate
