OUR CLIENT is the leading UK independent bottler of wines and spirits, specialising in producing quality own-label wines to the UK Multiple and Convenience Retail Sectors. These new roles have been developed to ensure the timely supply of liquids to the Production department, to meet the bottling program. The Blending Technicians will be responsible for ensuring all products are received and processed in accordance with quality specifications using the most efficient and cost-effective methods.

The new Blending team will report directly to the Blending Manager and will contribute to the ongoing operational and strategic objectives for the department by the identification, assessment, and recommendation of continuous improvements in the process area.


  • Three years Blending experience within a food manufacturing process environment
  • Experience of modern manufacturing techniques and the implementation of systems and procedures for improved performance
  • City & Guilds or any other higher-level qualification in Process Technology or similar (Food & Drink Operations for example)
  • FLT license would be an advantage
  • Excellent IT skills including hands on understanding of SAP would be an advantage
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
