THE DOUGH MAKER
Key aspects of the Dough Maker role include:
- Managing operatives and allocating duties according to production plans.
- Being able to reactively spot and report machinery dysfunction including diagnosis.
- Recognizing product quality defects and resolving the issue.
- Mixing a variety of Doughs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Good understanding of packing equipment.
- Management skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Understanding KPIs
- Food manufacturing experience.
