THE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) within R&D to gather product information, technical documentation, safety data, claims support documentation, manufacturing flow charts, etc. to enable global market launches.
  • Transform information into standardized formats and upload into global dossier files. Create new formats as necessary.
  • Coordinate responses to data requests for a wide variety of products in global markets.  Funnel & track requests to appropriate SMEs.
  • Work cross functionally with global Regulatory team to facilitate product registrations as necessary.  Including but not limited to providing claim support documentation.
  • Leverage experience & scientific background to coordinate product development activities to enable product expansion into global markets.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are ideally looking for someone with project management/project coordination experience of ideally 3-5 years. Communication and organization skills is key as this role will involve liaising with stakeholders across the business to coordinate projects. The role holder will have knowledge of registering products and previous experience working within consumer products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, FMCG. On top of this you will need:

  • An understanding of the formulating/creation of a product and having knowledge of the documentation process and skills to pull information and collate this in to a format to distribute to other stakeholders within the business.
  • University degree in Chemistry (or directly related scientific discipline)
  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience in product development & project coordination
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP PLM is desirable
