Fulfilment Analyst (12 Month FTC) * Competitive Salary * Folkestone

An experienced Fulfilment Analyst is required for a Maternity Cover role in this highly successful FMCG business.

  • Mon to Thur: 9am to 5pm. Fri: 9am to 4.30pm.

 

This role will be responsible for managing large amounts of data in a range of formats, using both SAP, Excel and Power BI. The data will produce user friendly reports that present data clearly to a range of internal stakeholders

 

The Fulfilment Analyst

 

  • Preparing regular sales prediction reports for management use, in excel and power Bi, collating data from multiple sources (SAP, excel) to generate a User Friendly report showing expected sales and risks, using defined categories
  • Creation and Generation of outbound shipment tracker by sales plant, and collation into single outbound load tracker showing how $ fulfilment will build over the month ahead, based on deliveries planned in each plant
  • Generating user friendly reports for each regional fulfilment team and to push other functions for their action (eg credit release, Supply planning input)
  • Resolving issues with interface files from 3PLs
  • Communication both within the fulfilment team and with colleagues in other functions across the organization
  • Presentation and reporting on global and regional calls with commercial colleagues as required

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of a similar Supply Planning role within multi-national organisation in a comparable industry including FMCG, Food, Drink or other Consumer Goods. On top of this you will need:

  • Able to demonstrate digital competence and confident with IT systems
    • Advanced user with understanding of SAP
    • Advanced knowledge and use of Excel and Power Query
    • Ideally also competent in Power Bi
  • Having good communication skills – communicating with report users and stakeholders about the data being generated is important
  • Ideally having knowledge and experience working in a global logistics environment, so having an understanding of all the constraints we work to
  • Being commercially savvy, understanding the importance of hitting the numbers and timely order fulfilment
  • Having good prioritisation and organisation skills, able to work to deadlines and under pressure
