A fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator who is available to start ASAP and ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced working environment for an innovative new company.  There is a degree of flexibility on the hours for this role – we will consider both full and part-time candidates.  The key thing is reliability, the right experience, the right approach and the ability to start at the end of April, if not sooner.  The role is temporary to permanent for the right candidate and excellent benefits are on offer at this fast-growing company.


The Role:

This is a face-paced and varied role. Responsibilities will include working closely with our Management Team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate MUST meet the following criteria:

·         Experienced Microsoft Projects User

·         Experience updating project Gantt charts to reflect project progress

·         Experience with waterfall projects

·         Available to start work no later than Monday 29th April. Availability to start earlier is very attractive.

The following criteria are also desirable:

·         Experience working in a business undertaking capital projects

·         Experience scheduling resources in MS Projects

·         Experience working in a business serving the food processing industry
